This Privacy Policy explains separately how the roamnai.com website and the ROAMN AI App handle information. Both services are operated by PageGravy, Inc. (“ROAMN,” “PageGravy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), but their data practices are not identical.
ROAMNAI.COM WEBSITE
1. Website Analytics: URLs, Visit Data, and Location
The roamnai.com website collects and stores first-party usage information about visits. Depending on the page and available browser, hosting, CDN, or server data, this can include the full ROAMN page URL and path viewed, date and time, ROAMN destination and page language, browser language, device type, browser, operating system, time zone, referring website or source, campaign parameters, visit duration, scroll depth, and interactions such as ROAMN calls-to-action, outbound links, downloads, or form submissions.
ROAMN also records geographic information when it is supplied by the website’s host, CDN, or server environment. Depending on what the infrastructure provides, this can include country, state or region, and city.
2. Anonymous Visitor and Session Measurement
To estimate visitors and group page views into browsing sessions without storing a person’s name or account identity, ROAMN may create one-way visitor and session identifiers from limited network/browser information and a temporary first-party session token. Raw IP addresses are not stored as ordinary analytics-event records, although an IP address may be processed transiently for security, internal-traffic filtering, rate limiting, geography supplied by the hosting environment, and creation of an anonymous visitor identifier.
3. Why the Website Stores This Information
We use website analytics to understand which ROAMN pages, destinations, and language versions are being used; improve content and website performance; identify geographic demand and usage patterns; understand how visitors move through the site; troubleshoot technical problems; measure the effectiveness of ROAMN content; and help detect abuse, automated traffic, or security problems.
This website analytics information is not intentionally associated with the visitor’s name, email address, or account identity. We use it to understand how the website is used, not to determine who a particular visitor is. We do not sell this website analytics information or use it to build a named behavioral advertising profile.
4. Cookies, Session Storage, Google Analytics, and Similar Technologies
The ROAMN website may use cookies, browser session storage, analytics technologies, or similar tools where needed for site operation, measurement, preferences, security, or functionality. For example, a temporary first-party session token may be stored so page views can be grouped into a visit. ROAMN may also use third-party measurement services, such as Google Analytics, when enabled. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms. Where applicable law requires consent or additional choices for a particular technology, ROAMN may provide those controls.

5. Privacy-First App Design and AI Travel Requests
Website analytics and ROAMN AI App activity are different. The ROAMN AI App is designed to avoid tying a user’s AI travel searches to a persistent personal device identity or using those searches to create a long-term named travel profile. ROAMN may process the request information needed to provide the feature the user asks for and may send limited request data to service providers that help deliver AI responses and related functionality.
6. App Location Used for Requested Features
When you choose to use a location-based feature in the ROAMN AI App, your device may provide location information needed to return nearby results, maps, weather, or directions. The app may use that location for the requested function. Unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise, ROAMN does not use app location history to build a long-term travel or advertising profile tied to your identity.
7. App and AI Service Providers
ROAMN may send limited request data to service providers that help deliver AI responses, maps, directions, weather, hosting, security, communications, or other functionality. We seek to limit shared data to what is reasonably needed for the requested or operational function. Third-party providers process data under their own contractual and legal obligations.
INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO PROVIDE
If you contact ROAMN, submit a form, request support, communicate with us, or otherwise voluntarily provide information, we may receive information such as your name, email address, message, and any information you include. We use that information to respond to you, provide support, maintain business records, and protect our services.
DEVICE, SERVER, SECURITY, AND TECHNICAL DATA
Like most online services, ROAMN and its infrastructure may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the service. Depending on the service and provider, this can include browser or device information, timestamps, request information, network or server logs, error information, security events, and similar operational data. Some technical data, such as an IP address, can be treated as personal data under certain privacy laws even when ROAMN does not know the person’s name.
NO SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION AND NO NAMED BEHAVIORAL PROFILE
ROAMN does not sell personal information. ROAMN does not intentionally use the website URL and location analytics described in this policy to create a named behavioral advertising profile about a visitor. If ROAMN uses advertising or promotional platforms, those platforms may apply their own technologies and privacy practices, which are governed by their notices and any choices they provide.

ROAMN is operated by PageGravy, Inc. in the United States and is available internationally. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights concerning personal data, such as rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, information about processing, or an objection to certain processing. CHILDREN
ROAMN is a general-audience travel service and is not directed to young children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in a way that requires deletion, contact us.
