These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the roamnai.com website, ROAMN AI App, ROAMN Plus, destination guides, AI-assisted travel features, and related services operated by PageGravy, Inc. (“ROAMN,” “PageGravy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using an applicable ROAMN service, you agree to these Terms.
1. WHAT ROAMN PROVIDES
ROAMN is a worldwide travel-information service designed to help users discover attractions, restaurants, local favorites, events, destination ideas, maps, walking directions, weather, and other travel information. Certain planning or itinerary features may be offered through ROAMN Plus or another paid tier.
2. AI-ASSISTED TRAVEL INFORMATION AND ACCURACY
ROAMN uses artificial intelligence, third-party data, public sources, mapping services, weather providers, and other automated systems to research, generate, translate, organize, and update travel information. AI-generated or automated content can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or inaccuracies.
You are responsible for confirming critical details such as operating hours, prices, reservations, accessibility, safety conditions, visa or entry requirements, transportation schedules, event dates, and local rules with the relevant official source. ROAMN is not a substitute for emergency, legal, medical, financial, immigration, safety, or other professional advice.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
ROAMN may link to or interact with third-party websites, app stores, map providers, weather services, restaurants, attractions, venues, and other services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. ROAMN does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, pricing, or privacy practices.
4. PAID SERVICES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
When a paid ROAMN product or subscription is purchased through an app store or other payment provider, billing and payment information is generally processed by that provider under its own terms. Prices, renewal rules, cancellation rights, refunds, and taxes may depend on the store, platform, jurisdiction, or offer presented at purchase.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not misuse ROAMN, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reproduce the service in violation of applicable law or our rights, use the service to distribute malware or harmful content, or use ROAMN in a way that infringes the rights of others.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
ROAMN, its branding, software, design, proprietary systems, and original content are owned by PageGravy, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, maps, data, images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. SERVICE CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature, destination, language, third-party integration, or service will always be available in every location or on every device.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ROAMN and PageGravy, Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use ROAMN, reliance on travel information, third-party services, service interruptions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
9. GOVERNING LAW
Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable United States law. Users may retain non-waivable rights provided by the laws of their place of residence.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms as ROAMN changes or legal requirements evolve. The “Last Updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
